Official rules: Odds 1 in 500 or better - if less than 350 tickets sold, then the raffle will revert to only a 50/50 drawing. Raffle open to citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the drawing. Possession of the car and payment of all federal, state sales and local taxes, fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the winner. No cash placement value. Need not be present to win.
